Following checkout, you will receive an automatic digital confirmation with your Order ID. This receipt acknowledges that your order request is logged into our queue. Our logistics team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your consignment before dispatch.
Shipping & Nationwide Delivery
Tekvion dispatches packages across all 64 districts in Bangladesh through reputable third-party courier services (e.g., Steadfast, RedX). Estimated delivery timelines (typically 24–48 hours inside Dhaka and 2–4 days outside Dhaka) may vary due to courier routing, extreme weather events, regional strikes, or official holidays.
Please ensure that you or an authorized representative is available to receive the shipment and fulfill any pending COD payment upon arrival.

We encourage all customers to check the physical packaging upon delivery. In the rare event of transit damage, missing items, or an incorrect item, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp or call with clear photos/videos to facilitate a prompt resolution.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
All return and replacement requests are governed by our official Return & Refund Policy. Items must remain in their original condition, unmounted, unmodified, and with all bundled connectors or accessories intact. Products damaged due to physical misuse or incorrect wiring are not eligible for replacement.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and smooth navigation, we do not warrant that our platform will always operate uninterrupted, error-free, or devoid of scheduled maintenance intervals. We reserve the right to revise or modify website components whenever necessary.
